Shipping policy

Our standard shipping time is approximately 5-20 business days after your payment is captured. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location, stock availability, and holiday season.

Please allow extra shipping time for custom items as we can’t print them on a daily basis. Contact us to know more about the expected delivery date.

Allow time for your package to pass through customs, especially if you are ordering to the USA, since we ship from Asia. 

Note: if order tracking number hasn’t been e-mailed to you within a week, please contact us, as we’re currently experiencing technical issues with e-mailing customers. If that happens, please know that it doesn’t mean that your order hasn’t been shipped.
