Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure our products meet your expectations and are accurately represented. As a small business, we maintain a limited return and refund policy to continue providing great service and quality products at affordable prices.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless:
• The item you received is significantly different from the product shown in our images.
• We have sent you the wrong item.
If either of these situations occurs, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Please note that some of our celebrity masks may feature different images of the same person with, for example, a different hairstyle, facial expression, etc. These variations are part of the design and do not qualify as a significant difference.
For all other reasons, including change of mind, we cannot process returns or refunds.
Also, please keep in mind that you are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We take no responsibility for incomplete deliveries in case of returned packages due to wrong/incomplete shipping addresses. If you’ve made a mistake while filling your address, contact us immediately.
